เมื่อไปถึงพบชายคล้ายมีอาการป่วยทางจิต ไม่ยอมให้เจ้าหน้าที่เข้าใกล้และเกิดมีอาการคลุ้มคลั่ง บอกว่าตัวเองเป็นพญานาคพร้อมแลบลิ้นใส่เจ้าหน้าที่ ก่อนช่วยกันจับล็อกไว้ได้ ระหว่างนั้นถูกควบคุมตัวยังท่องคาถาอ้างเป็นภาษาของพญานาค จนเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจต้องแกล้งทำเป็นเสกน้ำมนต์ให้ดื่มและรดตัวทำให้มีอาการเริ่มสงบลง

จากการตรวจสอบพบอายุ 43 ปี บ้านอยู่ ต.น้ำรอบ อ.ลานสัก จ.อุทัยธานี ส่วนในกระเป๋ามีอาวุธมีดหลายเล่ม จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่นำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาลแม่จัน เพื่อให้หมอตรวจอาการ ก่อนประสานญาติมารับตัวไปรักษาอาการป่วยต่อไป
